How to Do Autoblogging the Right Way

The biggest mistake that most of the people do when start autoblogging is that they think it is enough to set the WordPress autoblog plugin up and it will do rest. However, posts are automatically generated, but there are other tasks that must be done to be successful with autoblogging. You must kept in mind that autoblogging is not a complete autopilot system! However, it take much less time to set it up and work with then a normal site.

Here I would like to give you some tips about how to autoblog properly in order to get the best results.

When you start to build your autoblog, you should choose a niche that your are quite good at. Why? Simply, because you have to decide if the generated posts are good or not. If you choose a niche that is far from you, how you can choose the keywords, check if the posts are relevant and useful or not, how you can add your own posts to get better results? So try to go with niches that you are familiar with.

The beauty of autoblogging is that you do not need to spend so much time with it, but that does not mean you do not have to check the generated posts. Sometimes crappy, irrelevant posts are generated that must be deleted.  If you have many low quality posts visitors will leave your autoblog fast and never come back.

One of the usual mistakes is that people set the autoblog plugin to generate posts every hours or even less. This is a really bad decision. Once, it is totally unnatural for the search engines as well as the visitors, plus sooner or later there will be no sources where posts can be generated from. In my point of view, setting up the plugin to post every 3-4 day or even later is the best solution, or the best is that – if  your WordPress autoblog plugin supports – to post randomly.

This may sound stupid since you start autoblogging because you do not want to make posts your own, but adding your own unique content is really important for SEO. Your own posts do not have to be expert ones, just write something relevant on the topic of your autoblog. Or if you absolutely do not want to write, you can even outsource it. For some bucks you can get great, optimized articles that can be even used for link building purposes.

Another mistake that is usually made is using too many ads on the site. If your site stuffed with banners and other types of ads, it will look spammy.You should never forget that visitors come to your site for information and not for watching ads. It is better to use less, bur really relevant ads on your site, than having no returning visitors.
